Delivery
In most instances your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, and payment received. . However, we are closed on Sundays, so orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Monday.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a back-order system, if an item is out of stock at the time you order you will need to re-order at a later date. Please note that newly introduced items are often difficult to re-stock at short notice.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorization number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship outside of the United Kingdom. Postage will be charged at cost. Please place your order selecting the "pay by cheque" option, we will calculate your postage costs and email you with the final amount. Should you then wish to proceed a Paypal invoice will be sent to you and upon receipt of payment your order will be dispatched. All transactions will be conducted in GBP (pounds sterling).
Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure that you will be delighted with your order. However, according to the Distance Selling Regulations, should any item be unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 working days of receipt (date delivery was accepted via Royal Mail tracking). Please contact us in writing (by email or letter) to inform us of your intention to return the goods and to be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. Items will then need to be returned at your expense in unused or "as new" condition.
In the rare event of goods being faulty, these must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (date delivery was accepted via Royal Mail tracking). Please contact us (by email or letter) for a Returns Authorisation Number. The cost of returning the faulty item will be refunded.
